1 | J.Crew’s “Shocking Pink”

This pink is just a happy pink. Walk into your local J.Crew and I don’t think you will be able to stay away! (Or maybe that was just me?! Ha!) Once I saw all the pink in the store I knew it was my summer color. It’s bright…and it will make this pale girl(me) look tan! I know pink isn’t for everyone…but this pink will at least make you smile. :)

2 | Gel Nails

This is your perfect summer manicure! Gel nails make me feel like a barbie. I can do anything with my hands and I don’t have to worry about my nails chipping. They have a beautiful shine to them too. Plus, once your manicure is complete, you can leave the salon with DRY nails. :)

Call around your local nail salons and see what the pricing is and what type of gel manicure they provide. My place is $25 and the manicure lasts me 2 weeks…with no chipping!! I have only had the CND Shellac Gel Manicure. The other gel manicure I have heard of is the OPI Axxium which I’ve heard is a little more pricey but it can last up to 3-4 weeks. They also come in the beautiful OPI colors so that’s a bonus!

3 | Seahorse Necklace

I got this necklace at J.Crew about a year ago. It’s been my go-to necklace lately! I love the gold and the rhinestones. Plus, I love the seahorse! It’s simple and unique all at once.

4 | Milk Bottle Measuring Cups

This is such a cute gift idea! I saw this at Anthropologie the other day, and I could not get over how cute and clever it was. The only thing that scares me is that it is glass and clanky…but being this cute while you cook would be so worth it. Right?!

5 | Apples Dipped in Caramel

Ahhh…my summer snack. I love apples, then adding a caramel dip makes it so good! My local Wal-Mart has some prepackaged apples and caramel that is 100 calories that way I don’t go overboard on the caramel. But also, you can check out this recipe to make your snack for around the house. It’s a caramel & peanut butter dip(so good!).
