My Top 5 | October 2011

1 | Chevron Pattern

This is probably a new lifetime favorite of mine. I LOVE this pattern. Whether it be on a pillow, a dress, a wall or a chair! It’s so spunky yet classy all at once…that makes sense…right? :)

2 | Matte Top Coat

Matte nail polish will always be one of my favorites! I am such a fan of the matte top coats because they can transform any color you put on your nails to have a matte finish. I use Matte Magic by China Glaze.

3 | Hair Bows

A cheap and easy way to spruce up your hair? YES PLEASE. This look is so fun, and it’s amazing how simple it is. My hair ends up looking messy because I have a lot of layers but I kind of like the messy look. Check out a tutorial for this HERE.

4 | Holly Berry Boots

Ankle boots just make me happy. I especially like these red ankle boots from Anthropologie. Seriously though…they are named “Holly Berry Boots”. Who wouldn’t want shoes with such a cute name?!

5 | Winged Eyeliner

I’ve finally gotten past my fear of liquid eyeliner, and now this is all I want to do. If you haven’t already, give it a try! This look can be as subtle or bold as you want. I like to play around with it for different events. :)
